The Cost of Lawfare: Respect for Courts

The goal of prosecuting former Pres. Donald Trump is negative publicity, not justice. The judiciary has sacrificed public confidence to give Democrats talking points in the presidential election.

It is perhaps coincidental that the House Judiciary Committee on 8/28/24 Congress subpoenaed records from the company employing Judge Merchan’s daughter, a prominent Democratic fundraiser.
