It's No Joke. Trans Serial Murderer Is Housed In Female Prison In NYC

Incomprehensibly, Harvey Marcelin, who identifies as female, is being housed in a woman's prison after being convicted of murdering two women and charged with murdering a third woman.

In his new comedy special, Dave Chappelle jokes about it.

If he’s ever arrested for murder, Chappelle says he’ll tell the judge he identifies as female prior to sentencing so that he will be housed in a female prison, where he will immediately subordinate and rape female prisoners.

This is not a joke in New York City. It is reality.

NYC in 2018 became one of the first correctional institutions in the nation to house individuals based on their gender identity.

Louis A. Molina, commissioner of the NYC Dept. of Correction, testified last year that gender is determined entirely on self-identification so all a man has to do is say he’s a woman to be housed in a female jail or prison. He indicated that 38 males are housed in female facilities in NYC.

Why can’t NYC come up with a solution that does not hold women hostage to the supposed feelings of male criminals?

Molina said his department is “committed to ensuring that transgender, non-binary, and intersex individuals” be treated with “dignity and respect.” Staff are prohibited, for example, from using “transphobic” language, such as referring to males who identify as female as male.

But what about the unfortunate women that Molina refers to as “cis-women”? The vast majority of trans have not undergone surgery. They are biologically male. Many claim to be lesbians. And many have been accused of violence against women.

The right of women to privacy, dignity and safety appear to be completely subordinated to the whims of males criminals And what assurance is there that they honestly identify as women?
